Thyroid Function Blood Test (advanced)

Our tests come  in the form of a sample collection kit to be delivered to your home so that you can collect and return your sample to us for analysis. All of our kits are designed to fit through your letterbox so there is no need to wait in for your delivery.

Expected delivery time is 3-5 working days.

This test in isolation cannot be relied upon as a diagnostic test. 

Prepare for your Advanced Thyroid Function Blood Test by following these instructions.

Take your sample between 6am and 10am. Take this test when any symptoms of short-term illness have settled. Take your sample at least 24 hours after any vitamin or mineral supplements. Do not take biotin supplements for two days before this test, discuss this with your doctor if it is prescribed. Do not take vitamin B12 for two weeks prior to this test. If your B12 is prescribed ask your doctor for advice on whether to stop taking it for the purposes of this test.
